Payment
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit due upon every single booking via Zelle. After receiving the invoice, you will have 72 hours to send the 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the date on my calendar.
The remaining 50% is due on the day of your session. You will not receive any images until the payment has been completed. The more you delay the payment, the more time you will have to wait to receive your photos.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. With proper notice, your non-refundable deposit may be transferred to a future date.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will require a new retainer to book a future session.
One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules may include a $15 rescheduling fee.
Weather & Comfort Policy
Because Washington weather can be unpredictable, I closely monitor conditions leading up to each session.
If weather is questionable (rain, wind, or poor conditions), I will reach out a few days in advance to discuss options and rescheduling. Clients are also welcome to reschedule if they do not feel comfortable proceeding due to weather conditions. In these cases, we will work together to find a new date at no additional charge.
Sessions will only proceed if both the photographer and client feel comfortable with the conditions.
Editing
Please take a moment to carefully review my portfolio to ensure my editing style aligns with your vision. If my style isn’t what you’re looking for, I may not be the right photographer for you—and that’s okay. I strongly encourage you to choose a photographer whose editing style matches your dream aesthetic, as I do not alter my editing style for individual requests. These are your photos, so it’s important that you love the overall look and feel from the start.
In terms of retouching, I make small natural adjustments such as removing blemishes or stray hairs when needed. However, I do not alter body features or make significant changes to appearance. My goal is to keep your images authentic while highlighting your natural beauty in the moment. If you are looking for extensive retouching or body alterations, I recommend finding a photographer who offers that style of editing, as I remain consistent with my approach for all clients.

Regarding my service
Where are the areas you offer to photograph?
Currently, I am offering my service to Bellevue, Redmond, and Seattle area.
Do you offer wedding photography?
I am not offering wedding photography at this time as I believe I do not have the equipment necessary for it. I would love to get into it in the future though!

What is included in your edits?
I edit in my signature style to ensure a consistent look throughout my work. This may include removing distracting background elements or objects when necessary.
For individual retouching, I make light natural edits such as removing blemishes or stray hairs when needed. However, I do not alter body features or make significant changes to a person’s appearance.
My goal is to keep your images authentic while enhancing the moment as it naturally was. I want you to recognize and appreciate yourself as you are, rather than having your appearance heavily altered in post-production.
Are you able to make a customized package?

Do you deliver RAW images?
Nope! RAW images are uncompleted images so I will not be sending them to you. I will only be sending the data of the final JPEG images.
About the photoshoot
What should I do if I don't know any poses?
As a photographer, it is my job to guide you through the session, so I will help you pose! If you have certain poses you want to recreate from your Pinterest board, Google search, Instagram, etc., share them to me ahead of time so that I can guide you during the session.
What happens if it rains?
If I find out that there's a chance of rain a few days before the photoshoot, I will be checking in with you to see how you feel about it and whether or not you want to reschedule. If you want to reschedule, we will communicate to find a day that fits our availability! If you want to wait until the day of to decide or don't mind some rain, then we will proceed with the photoshoot! If the weather condition is quite bad on the day, then I will be making the decision to postpone the photoshoot.
What if I arrive late to the photoshoot?
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to the photoshoot, that will result in time deducted from the total time allotted. If 30 minutes pass and you still haven't shown up, I will be cancelling the photoshoot.
Can my pet join the session?
Of course! Just let me know in advance regarding what kind of pet will be joining. Please note that if you want photos without your pet, then make sure you have a plan for those moments. (Ex: bringing a cage)
What should I wear?
Wear anything you want! If there is a dress you've been wanting to wear but were waiting for a good occasion, wear that! If you want to wear your everyday clothes, wear that! Wearing something that allows you to be comfortable and confident would be the best!
If you are doing a family / group photo, it might be nice if everyone had one color that matched or followed a color palette!
After the photoshoot
When will I receive my images?
I will edit the photos and deliver within 2-3 weeks.
How will I get my images?
You will be receiving a Pixieset gallery, which I will be emailing you the link and password.
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes of course! I will be editing each additional image for $8.
